Refund policy

Return or exchange is only permitted within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We will happily exchange defective product. 

Products stored incorrectly outside of our store or during transport (except by our shipper) are not considered to be defective.  We cannot accept returns of open or used product.

 

We are unable to pay for return shipping, and delivery/shipping costs are non refundable.
