A: Our concentrate is made from Montmorency tart cherries grown on our farm in Vineland, Ontario.  It is 100% natural, with no added sugar, preservatives, or sweeteners.  

 

Q: My bottle has sediment at the bottom, is that normal?

A: Yes! Our concentrate is 100% natural, no added preservatives. This means that the natural occurring sugars in the cherries will separate or crystallize, just like you would see in honey. The amount of separation that occurs varies year to year, or crop to crop. Simply shake your bottle before each use and you are good to go! The effectiveness of the concentrate remains unaffected.
